Merges two PDF1 and PDF2 into PDFMerged, then delete PDF1 and PDF2
Using pdftk from https://www.pdflabs.com/tools/pdftk-server/
PDF1, PDF2 expected to be full paths to PDFs
PDFMerged is full path to final merged PDF document
Order of pages will be all pages from PDF1, then all pages from PDF2
Excel does not allow print pages 1,4,5,7
It only has PrintFrom and PrintTo 1-3 or 5-10
