Cuts a number that would be found 2 words before certain word inside a block string.
This is used to read number from webpage, like the number that would be found before the word "total employees".
It will keep searching until it finds a number that is 2 words before that word.
So far, it uses the space (with is variants) as a separator between the word and the letter.
Similar to NumberBeforeString_HTML but this one goes back 2 words rather than 1, with defined space
