Explorers

Open several windows of Windows file explorers (Explorer.exe) to certain folders with certain dimensions and locations.
These folders/dimension/locations are defined inside an array inside the script.
These are the locations that I need to open (aside from my other explorer apps like Q-Dir) that i need them to be opened.
The script will check if folder explorer window already opened and open it if not.
Then minimizes that window if "State = 'minimized' " is found in that folder instructions.

Expected folder list defined with these variables for each folder
X, Y, Width, Heights, Path and State

You can also use the suggested path for the shortcut to that ps1 to execute the script.
And, I used 1st item in list to open ThisPC
